The entrepreneurship minor builds upon the core enducation which prepares business majors to engage in the world of business with a holistic understanding of operations, accounting, finance, statistics, information systems, marketing and strategy. The entrepreneurship minor complements your major with courses addressing the ideation, validation and commercialization of new business ventures. You’ll also have the opportunity to take courses in personal selling and management, engage in an entrepreneurship project where you and a team of SVSU students serve as consultants for an actual business, and participate in the elevator pitch and other experiential learning opportunities offered by The Dow Entrepreneurship Institute. As a Cardinal, you will graduate with life experience in business, in risk management and in global business practices. Click to explore the entrepreneurship minor.
