COURSES

The courses I usually teach are among the following:

TE 504 - Foundations of Teacher Education
(Several sections offered each semester. Required for all M.A.T. programs.)

TE 506 - Introduction to Educational Research
(Offered at least three times a year, fall, winter, and summer. Required for M.A.T. programs in Middle School and Secondary Classroom Teaching, and Reading)

TE 576 - The Transescent
(Usually offered in the Fall Semester of every even numbered year. Check the course schedule or contact me. Required for the M.A.T. in Middle School Classroom Teaching and the Middle Level Endorsement.)

TE 578 - Learning Styles for Teachers
(A recommended elective course, particularly for Middle School and Secondary Classroom Teaching. Offered once every one to two years. Check the course schedule, or contact me.)

TE 579 - Teaching Thinking Skills
(A recommended elective course, particularly for Middle School and Secondary Classroom Teaching. Offered once every one to two years. Check the course schedule, or contact me.)

TE 607 - Classroom Teaching: Middle School Seminar
(The capstone course required for completion of the M.A.T. in Middle School Classroom Teaching. Offered once each year in the winter semester only.)

TE 608 - Classroom Teaching: Secondary Seminar
(The capstone course required for completion of the M.A. T. in Secondary Classroom Teaching. Offered once each year in the winter semester only.)
